Millward Custom Homes is a family owned and operated business. When Joe Millward started the company in 2003, their vision was to provide quality homes with a level of customer service uncommon within the construction industry.

 

Millward Custom Homes provides residential construction, remodeling and light commercial construction services. To help you bring your vision to life we utilize local craftsmen, artisans and quality vendors.

 

Fewer things are more important than choosing and building a home for you and your family, and here at Millward Custom Homes, it is our goal to make the process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Joe's commitment to customer service means that he maintains a constant presence at the job site and works hard to keep your project on time, on budget, and on target.

MIKE MAAS

Mike began in the building industry in 1989 as a residential framer in the Detroit area. He and his family moved to Traverse City in 1999 where he continued to use his talents to expand into siding, cabinets, windows and trim. He has a strong passion for creating a beautiful high end quality home. In his free time he enjoys building furniture, golf and anything on the water.

SABRINA GAYLORD

Sabrina works in our office handling our accounts receivable, payable, payroll, etc. Sabrina began working in the title industry in 1998 as an Escrow Officer in Traverse City. She is experienced in closing both residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as managing multiple escrow accounts.

When not working, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her family, friends, pets and scrapbooking.
